    Description: Fragrance of the Year nominees are evaluated based on fragrance, packaging and marketing strategy.

    Eligibility: All fragrances launched and sold in the United States January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022.

    Luxury Price Point: Suggested retail price $175 and above for 3.4 oz/100 ml or closest size.

    Member entry fee: $700

    Non-member entry fee: $2500

    Companies will be invoiced for their submission after the nomination is fully reviewed & approved based on category criteria. Any nominations that will not be moving forward in the process, based on not meeting criteria, will be notified.

    Eligibility: All fragrances launched and sold in the United States January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. If you submit a Universal fragrance in this category, you are not eligible to nominate for the Women’s or Men’s category.

    Eligibility: All fragrances launched and sold in the United States January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. If you submit a Universal fragrance in this category, you are not eligible to nominate for the Women’s or Men’s category.

    Description: This award recognizes a fragrance classic that has achieved legendary status, and has been sold in the United States for 15 years or more.

    Eligibility: Fragrances that have been sold in the United States for 15 years or more (launched and sold no later than 2007). Fragrance nominations from prior year(s) in this category may be nominated again if it did not reach Winner status previously.

    Member entry fee: $700

    Non-member entry fee: $2500

    This award will be voted on by the Board of Directors of The Fragrance Foundation.

    This category is judged by an expert panel.

    Description: This award recognizes a fragrance olfactive creation. Nominees are evaluated based on craftsmanship, aesthetic beauty and staying power. All submissions will be evaluated in 1 generic brand-agnostic bottle. All fragrances must be launched and sold in the United States January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022.

    Eligibility: Please note: only Fragrance House who employ an in-house perfumer are eligible to nominate a fragrance for this category.

    This category is voted on by an expert panel.

    Description: This award recognizes a fragrance whose U.S.A. sales volume is less than $250k. Nominations will not be accepted for this award category if the brand has nominations in any other Fragrance of the Year category.

    Eligibility: Indie fragrances launched and sold in the United States from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. The entry must be submitted by the brand and not by a fragrance house. Only 1 entry per company. Also, a brand cannot be nominated for any other category of TFF Awards except Packaging.

    This category is judged by an expert panel.

    Description: Campaigns run any or all of these media: print, digital, social or television and are judged based on concept and messaging to consumers. Campaigns must feature significant reach and media impressions. TFF recognizes that the categories of media will evolve in the future to be renamed based on cultural evolution. Eligibility: Print, digital, social or television campaigns are eligible. The submission is for a NEW campaign between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022.

All content must be aligned with The Fragrance Foundation mission and objectives of communication to the consumer. Submissions are one per author (digital or print) and one per publication.
